Brigadier General Md Mustafa Kamal (Retd.) is a professional with expertise in leadership, telecommunications, and ICT. He has held pivotal roles such as Director General of the Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC), Director General Sena Kalyan Sangstha (SKS), CEO of Infozillion Teletech BD Ltd., and Dean of Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP). His career also includes director at Bangladesh Satellite Company Ltd. (BSCL) and Bangladesh Telecommunications Company Ltd. (BTCL).

A veteran of United Nations Peacekeeping Missions, he played key roles in ICT management and operational compliance in countries including Congo and Sierra Leone.

Academically, Brig. Gen. Kamal is a graduate of Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) with a BSc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and holds a Master’s in ICT from BUP. He has further enriched his knowledge with certifications from Harvard University and ITU. Currently, he is pursuing PhD research on telecommunication regulatory frameworks.

Major (Retd.) Md Sabbir Hasan was born in 12 October’ 1970 at Joshore, Bangladesh in a humble Muslim family.  

He has his secondary education from Shajahanpur Railway High School, Dhaka and higher secondary education from Notre Dame College, Dhaka. Major (Retd.) Sabbir  is a graduate of Military Institute of Science and Technology in the faculty of Civil Engineering. He also obtained his Master of Business Administration(MBA) degree both in Finance and Marketing from Green University of Bangladesh.

Major (Retd.) served in Bangladesh Army for more than 26 years before retiring in 2018. He held both staff, instructional and command appointments at different levels. He also served in Border Guard Bangladesh , Bangladesh National Cadet Corps and Bangladesh Machine Tools Factory in different capacities. He also served under United Nation in three different times in Eritrea, Liberia and Mali. During his overseas assignments he was involved in the different engineering projects . He also performed as project Engineer in different military projects undertaken by the government.

Major (retd) Sabbir loves music , writing poems and traveling . He is married and blessed with a daughter.

Ishtiak Ahmed Aunik is a media and operations professional with over a decade of experience in documentary film making, media project management, and event execution. He currently serves as the Operations Lead at DigiSec BD, where he is responsible for strategic planning, operational management, and digital service delivery.

Simultaneously, he leads creative ventures as the Director of Cine Marshal Ltd., a multidisciplinary production company. In this role, he specializes in film direction, screenplay writing, and the comprehensive management of audiovisual projects from concept to completion.

Mr. Aunik’s career is defined by his ability to blend storytelling with technology—ranging from scripting nationally recognized documentaries to executing large-scale events for the Armed Forces of Bangladesh. His works reflect both creative depth and logistical excellence.

He holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences from the University of Dhaka, and has completed a Film Appreciation Course at the National Institute of Mass Communication, equipping him with both theoretical and practical perspectives on visual media.

With a strong foundation in both creative and operational domains, Mr. Aunik is passionate about merging creativity, discipline, and digital transformation to produce meaningful and impactful results. He is particularly interested in exploring future collaborations in the fields of filmmaking, entrepreneurship, and AI-powered digital services.

Mr. Foyezur Rahman is a RMP, PMP and PRINCE2 certified technocrat, a trained and dynamic professional, having over 18 years of rich and insightful experience including last 8 years on Project and PMO consulting and training. During his early professional life, he worked for US$ 50 Million project of Westec Limited (BayPhones), a USA-Bangladesh joint venture PSTN company from procurement to implementation and commissioning and successfully lead a 80+ technical team who involved on justifying technical specifications, vendor negotiation, equipment testing, BTS and Tower Construction, Microwave and Optical network connectivity commissioning and various technical work that required for smoothing the ANS networks. He participated in various training and workshops conducted by multinational vendors both at home and abroad on, Project Management, Risk Management, CDMA, TDMA and Core-Dect (WLL) Technologies. 

He was involved with policy making, OPEX optimization and monitoring regulatory compliances of the organizations. He delivered 100+ project management training and consulting including CSC-Bangladesh Army (Padma river bridge project) SWO-West; Bangladesh Army (Dhaka-Mymensing High Way Project), Robi (EPMO revamp project), Ministry of Planning (BD-GOV), RHD (BD-GOV), PWD (BD-GOV), US Embassy, KAFCO, UN, UNDP, GP, Banglalink, TeleTalk, CityCell, Ericsson, Huawei, ZTE, SAMSUNG, Unilever, MicroSoft Bangladesh, Thakral Bangladesh, NEC, Philips, Pran-RFL, PHP, DBH, Qubee, BdREN, A2I, GETCO, British American Tobacco, HSBC, DBBL, Prime Bank, PKSF, and Bangladesh Railway.

Mr. Foyez is the first certified Project Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP) in Bangladesh, earned from Project Management Institute (PMI), USA. He is a certified PRINCE2 Practitioner from APMG, UK. He also completed his Middle Management Training Programme (MMTP) jointly organized by IIM Kolkata and VGSOM, IIT, Kharagpur. Mr. Foyez is a Graduate Engineer in Electrical and Electronics from KUET. He earned a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Independent University, Bangladesh with a Major in Finance.
